Note: Gas Mask Fit Tests do not require a medical clearance.
*The 48 LRS Individual Protective Equipment Element (IPE) will be closed from 03- 24 April for an annual inventory. They will be providing limited support for those out processing or deploying.
-	Anyone in-processing will have to wait until 25 April or later to pick up their mobility gear.*

- If you DO NOT have your mobility gear, please wait until 25 April to schedule your fit test.

If you have already completed a Gas Mask Fit Test, please contact your Unit Deployment Manager to obtain a copy. Gas Mask Fit Tests are good for life UNLESS:
-You are issued a new size/type of gas mask.
-You have gained/lost 10% or more of your body weight since your last Gas Mask Fit Test. 
-You have had extensive dental work, facial surgery, scarring or disfigurement.
